How Solutionz AI handles the details you send through the website: what we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it and your choices.

  1. Who we are

    Solutionz AI (SOLUTIONZ AI LLC) runs solutionzai.com. Questions about this policy go to [email protected].

  2. What we collect

    What you type into the contact form: your name, business, email, phone if you give it, and your message. To keep out spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical signals from your browser, not what you type, to tell a person from a bot. If you book a call, the scheduling tool collects the details you give it. Website analytics are collected without cookies and do not identify you. The chat assistant answers from this website only: what you type in it stays in your browser and is not saved or sent.

  3. How we use it

    To reply to you and to prepare for the call. We do not sell it, and we share it only with the services that deliver it to us: Google (Google Workspace email, and Google Apps Script, which passes form messages to our inbox), Google Calendar (bookings) and Cloudflare (hosting the website, visit counts without cookies, and the spam check).

  4. How long we keep it

    Until the conversation is over, or until you ask us to delete it.

  5. Your choices

    Email [email protected] to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

  6. Changes

    If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
